• Dukandar.co.in reserves the right to remove any product or suspend a seller account if found in violation of any rules, law, or policy.

4. Orders and Payments

• All payments for purchases made on Dukandar.co.in are processed through our secure payment system.
• Dukandar collects payments from buyers and transfers the due amount to sellers after 7 days of successful product delivery, subject to no return or dispute raised by the buyer.
• The 7-day period allows time to ensure customer satisfaction and manage returns or refund requests.
• Dukandar may deduct applicable platform charges, commissions, or payment gateway fees before transferring the amount.
• Dukandar is not responsible for any direct transaction made outside the platform.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are provided by the respective sellers.
• Dukandar is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the seller or courier partners.
• Tracking details, if available, will be shared with the customer through their registered account.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns and refunds are covered under our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on the website.
• Users are advised to read that policy before making any purchase.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Post, sell, or distribute illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products.
